I provide art workshops, art commissions, and resources for dream study and meditation. I have an M.S. in Art Therapy, I am a practicing art therapist, and I have a lifetime of experience helping people tap into their inner strengths and creativity. I provide art-based workshops that empower people to utilize their own unique and powerful creative resources. Empowering people to integrate an authentic selfhood into everyday life is an important part of my life. I am also a Spiritual Human Yoga Practitioner (a Vietnamese form of hands on healing). The acknowledgement and integration of the "energy" of healing with the arts is a major part of my practice. Online classes available. I provide pro bono work and a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
